I enjoy assisting people in their understanding of their moving process. If nothing else maybe I share something that helps you and your family, get moved safely, for a fair price. Some people like to rent their own truck and have it loaded professionally, for the trip. This an option we can help with as well. However, I can usually come pretty close with my pricing, to what it would be doing it yourself. I’ve got a 24 foot trailer, fully enclosed with 60 plus blankets, dollies, Gondola boxes and tie downs to secure the load. I also will shrink wrap items when necessary.
Pricing
An average 3 bedroom move, from Austin to Dallas, usually comes out to be around 1500.00 to 1800.00. Depending on the parts of town (Mileage) and preparation at the pickup location. For the times when there is extra packing help needed or long walks, this can add to the time. It’s usually not an extreme change though, if the customer is mostly prepared and informative upfront. Knowing whether or not there are stairs, long walks, more lengthy dis assembly or re assembly, etc helps a lot. If the information isn’t available that’s ok too, we just do our best, stay safe and keep it moving.
