Usually a one or two bedroom move from Austin to Dallas or vice versa, takes about and hour or 2 to load. . Unloading is a faster process. However, If there are a lot of stairs or a long walk, this can add to the time obviously. I and my helper stay in good physical condition, so there’s minimal to no dragging. Safety is definitely first but moving expeditiously is a close 2nd. Please check out my Google and other online reviews, if you have a moment. We also provide packing and unpacking services. Also, dis assembly and re assembly and I use large gondola boxes to tie up loose ends. Closets, storage, garages etc.. This is a really neat method I’ve started using more recently. I use dollies to transport them when they’re full. Here is a link to Texan box, I’ve been going to them for over 20 years for my supplies, if that’s something you need.
If loading and unloading of a truck or container is what you need, I /we can definitely do that as well. I always suggest to have enough blankets and tie down rope, so that we can protect and secure your belongings. At times, the quote I can offer for a full service move, is not much more. After the rental price, the insurance, paying for gas and to hire movers on either end, I may be in the ballpark..
